2. Products & Handmade Nature
All items are handmade with care and intention. Because each piece is individually crafted:
Slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur.
No two pieces will be identical.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.
These variations are part of the beauty of handmade work and are not considered defects.
3. Preorders & Custom Pieces
Some items may be offered as preorders or custom commissions.
For preorder and custom pieces:
Production begins after purchase or written confirmation.
Processing times are estimates and may vary.
Final pricing for custom pieces will be confirmed before checkout.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept payments through secure third-party providers including:

PayPal
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Major credit and debit cards
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
5. Shipping
Processing times are listed on each product page. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. If your package appears lost or delayed, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you need assistance locating your tracking information, please reach out and we will gladly help guide you through the process.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our work, all sales are final.
Each piece is individually crafted, and time and materials are committed specifically to your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at CreationsbyDGP@gmail.com and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
We will review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Custom & Signature Pieces
Custom and signature commission pieces are non-refundable. Because these items are created specifically to your requested colors and specifications, they cannot be resold.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the property of Creations by DGP LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
