Welcome to Creations by DGP. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Creations by DGP LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Creations by DGP.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All items are handmade with care and intention. Because each piece is individually crafted:

Slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur.
No two pieces will be identical.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

These variations are part of the beauty of handmade work and are not considered defects.

3. Preorders & Custom Pieces

Some items may be offered as preorders or custom commissions. Custom requests may be submitted through our Custom Order Form online or in person at markets and events.

For preorder and custom pieces:

Final pricing and details for custom pieces will be confirmed before your invoice is sent.
Your order is confirmed, and production begins, only after payment is received in full.
Invoices not paid within 3 days may be released.
Please review all details on your invoice (colors, length, and spelling of any card message) before paying. Changes after payment may not be possible.
Processing times are estimates and may vary.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We accept payments through secure third-party providers including:

Wix Payments (major credit and debit cards)
Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal Checkout
PayPal Pay Later
Venmo

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Shipping

Processing times are listed on each product page. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. If your package appears lost or delayed, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you need assistance locating your tracking information, please reach out and we will gladly help guide you through the process.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our work, all sales are final.

Each piece is individually crafted, and time and materials are committed specifically to your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at CreationsbyDGP@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging

We will review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Custom & Signature Pieces

Custom orders are confirmed once paid in full and are final sale. Custom and signature commission pieces are non-refundable. Because these items are created specifically to your requested colors and specifications, they cannot be resold.

Orders We Cannot Complete

If we are unable to complete your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the property of Creations by DGP LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
