Do you allow customization?
Yes, please go to the Order - Customer Lei Order Form page to submit your request. I will reach out to you via email to accept the order and send you an invoice to process the payment.
Can I request a custom length?
Yes. At this time, custom lengths are not available as an option on product listings while shopping. However, I may be able to accommodate a shorter or longer length based on your needs.

Do you offer local pick up (O'ahu, Hawaii)?
Yes, local pickup is available for customers on Oʻahu.
For everyone's safety and convenience, pickup is recommended to take place in a public location.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to coordinate a pickup date, time, and location. Please provide a phone number at checkout, as I may need to contact you by text if any questions or scheduling issues arise.
Where can I check my order?
You can view your order anytime through your account.
Simply go to: Members Area → My Orders
From there, you’ll be able to see your order history and current status.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I ship within the United States only.
Feel free to reach out if you’re outside the U.S. I’d love to know where you’re from as I consider expanding in the future.
How much notice do you need for an order?
The more notice, the better, especially during graduation and holiday seasons.
As a general guideline, I recommend placing your order at two to three weeks before your event. Most made-to-order items require approximately 7–10 business days for processing, plus 1–2 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. Additional transit time will be required based on the shipping method selected and the carrier's delivery schedule. If you have a specific event date, please include it with your order so I can recommend the best timeline.
For local Oʻahu orders, I may be able to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. For shipped orders, I recommend ordering as early as possible to allow time for both creation and delivery. Shipping options and estimated transit times are provided as guidelines only. Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier's hands, I do not have control over delivery times and cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Can I place an order on short notice?
Possibly. If you select local pickup on Oʻahu, I can often accommodate orders placed as little as 3 days before the event date, depending on availability. Please share your event date when placing your order so I can confirm whether your timeline can be met.
For orders shipping outside of Oʻahu, additional transit time is required. While I will do my best to complete your order promptly, I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once the package is in the carrier's hands.
