Do you make fresh flower lei?
At this time, I specialize in handcrafted keepsake lei inspired by the traditions of lei making. I do not offer fresh flower lei. My focus is creating lasting keepsakes that can be treasured long after the celebration.

Keepsake lei are designed to last long after the celebration. They're a handcrafted option for those who want a meaningful piece that can be displayed, gifted, or treasured for years to come.
Are your lei handmade?
Yes! Every keepsake lei is handcrafted on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations make every lei unique.
Do you allow custom orders?
Yes! I welcome custom orders.
To get started, please go to the Order - Customer Order Form page to submit your request. I will review your inquiry and reach out by email to confirm the details. Once your order is accepted, I'll send you an invoice to process the payment.
Whether you'd like to personalize one of my current keepsake lei designs or have an idea for something different, I'd love to hear from you.
I also accept custom requests for select fiber art creations, such as crochet flowers, bouquets, coasters, dish scrubbies, and other handcrafted pieces. If you're unsure whether I can make it, feel free to ask!
Custom orders are subject to material availability and my current production schedule.
Can I request a custom length?
Yes! While custom lengths aren't currently available as a selectable option on product listings, I may be able to create a shorter or longer length based on your request.

Do you offer local pickup (Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi)?
Yes! Local pickup is available for customers on Oʻahu.
For everyone's safety and convenience, orders are picked up at a mutually agreed-upon public location.
Once your order is ready, I'll contact you by email to coordinate a pickup date, time, and location. Please provide a phone number at checkout, as I may need to contact you by text if there are any questions or changes to the pickup arrangements.
Please note: If I don't receive a response after multiple attempts to coordinate pickup, your order will continue to be held until we're able to arrange a mutually convenient pickup time.
Where can I check my order?
You can view your order anytime through your account.
Simply go to: Members Area → My Orders
From there, you’ll be able to see your order history and current status.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I ship within the United States only.
Feel free to reach out if you’re outside the U.S. I’d love to know where you’re from as I consider expanding in the future.
How much notice do you need for an order?
The more notice, the better, especially during graduation and holiday seasons.
As a general guideline, I recommend placing your order at two to three weeks before your event. Most made-to-order items require approximately 7–10 business days for processing, plus 1–2 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. Additional transit time will be required based on the shipping method selected and the carrier's delivery schedule. If you have a specific event date, please include it with your order so I can recommend the best timeline.
For local Oʻahu orders, I may be able to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows. For shipped orders, I recommend ordering as early as possible to allow time for both creation and delivery. Shipping options and estimated transit times are provided as guidelines only. Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier's hands, I do not have control over delivery times and cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Can I place an order on short notice?
Possibly. If you select local pickup on Oʻahu, I can often accommodate orders placed as little as 3 days before the event date, depending on availability. Please share your event date when placing your order so I can confirm whether your timeline can be met.
For orders shipping outside of Oʻahu, additional transit time is required. While I will do my best to complete your order promptly, I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once the package is in the carrier's hands.
