Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Because each piece is made individually, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

For custom orders, your estimated timeline will be confirmed on your invoice.

Shipping Time & Methods

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

USPS Ground Advantage (standard)
USPS Priority Mail (expedited, additional fee)

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders shipping to the mainland may take longer to arrive.

Free Shipping

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Local Pickup (Oʻahu)

Local pickup is available for customers on Oʻahu.

Pickup is recommended to take place in a public location.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to coordinate a pickup time and location.
