Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

 

Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.
