This lei poʻo is handmade with ribbon and natural raffia. To help preserve its shape and appearance:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity.

• Handle gently when putting on or removing.

• Avoid crushing, bending, or placing heavy items on top of the lei poʻo.

• Keep away from water, sprays, and excessive moisture, as raffia may soften, stretch, or become misshapen when wet.

• If needed, gently reshape ribbon by hand.

• To clean, lightly dust with a soft cloth.

  
  

With proper care, your lei poʻo can be enjoyed and displayed for years to come.

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of each lei, all sales are final.

Each piece is unique, and slight variations are part of its character.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Because each piece is made individually, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Local pickup is available for customers on Oʻahu.

Pickup is recommended to take place in a public location.
